Following two days of very well-received workshops in November of 2024, APEF urged the school to invite TJ Power to give an additional online presentation, allowing more of the Florimont community to learn about the DOSE Program.

On 21 January, The International Section of Florimont invited all parents to attend a one-hour presentation in English led by TJ Power, neuroscientist and founder of Neurify.

Parents were quickly engaged in this online, lively session during which TJ Power shared insights into brain chemistry and practical techniques for improving well-being, reducing stress, and achieving balance.

DOSE stands for:

• Dopamine: Motivation and attention
• Oxytocin: Relationships and confidence
• Serotonin: Mood and energy levels
• Endorphins: Stress reduction
