Composition
The General Assembly is made up of all the association members, who all have the right to vote. This event is, by definition, open to all APEF members.
Organization
The General Assembly is held once a year and convened at least 10 days before the date with an agenda. The committee will present a report of past activities, share future plans and submit them to feedback and approval. Decisions are taken by a simple majority of the attending members.

The APEF works on a voluntary basis for all the members of the office, the parent class delegates and the parents of pupils likely to bring their occasional or regular assistance to one or other of the activities of the APEF.
