APEF Videoconference | Develop our children’s self-confidence

“In class, he never dares to raise his hand… he’s always saying that he won’t be able to do it… that he’s worthless… She gets flustered as soon as she’s taking an exam… she allows herself to be bothered by other students without daring to say anything… she’s always afraid of making mistakes, so she prefers not to try rather than risk making an error…”

Self-confidence is a fluctuating alchemy that is quite difficult to maintain. It can decrease due to a word or a clumsy behavior from the environment, but it can also be nurtured within the family sphere through an encouraging and positive outlook on the young person.

Come and learn practical tools, insights, simple and useful tips to strengthen your children’s self-confidence, which is a guarantee of academic success and daily fulfillment.

Ghislaine Paul is a teacher, speaker and coach specialised in school intervention. She is trained in different methods: transactional analysis, CNV of Marshall Rosenberg, mental training, enneagram, psychopedagogy and Palo Alto therapy, EFT and verbal Aikido. She is the president of Conseils2Classe.
