Behind the Scenes of the APEF Committee

The APEF Committee members are more active than ever during this busy time of end-of-year preparations!

Meetings with school leadership and section heads are ongoing, with constructive exchanges helping to implement initiatives and improvements that benefit all students.

Following many questions from parents, a simple one-pager document has just been created by APEF to summarise iPad usage at Cycle. You can view it here:

A big thank you to all APEF section representatives for their commitment throughout the year in representing parents.

With enthusiasm and dedication, the entire Committee is involved in many projects to help create lasting memories for the students:

  • Easter Bunny Distribution: A sweet and joyful surprise for the children in Kindergarten, delighted by their chocolate treat!
  • 7ème Promotion Party: The much-anticipated end-of-Primary celebration is in the works! Many thanks to the amazing volunteer moms who are organising what promises to be an unforgettable event!
  • Senior Prom: A glamorous and festive evening is being prepared for late June under the theme of Hollywood and Oscar Night!
  • Yearbook Finalisation: In collaboration with the Yearbook Student Committee, the APEF Team is providing support and guidance to ensure the 2024–2025 edition becomes a beautiful keepsake for years to come.
  • Formation of the 2025–2026 APEF Board: The next chapter is beginning! We are currently looking for parent volunteers to join this rewarding team effort.
Even just a few hours of your time can make a big difference!
