Join the DOSE Program Presentation

The International Section invites all parents to an online session on Tuesday, 21 January, at 19:00. This one-hour presentation in English will be led by TJ Power, neuroscientist and founder of Neurify, who will share groundbreaking insights into brain chemistry and practical techniques for improving well-being, reducing stress, and achieving balance.

What You Will Learn:

  • Dopamine: Motivation and attention
  • Oxytocin: Relationships and confidence
  • Serotonin: Mood and energy levels
  • Endorphins: Stress reduction

This presentation builds on TJ’s highly acclaimed November sessions with IB students, staff, and parents. It will delve deeper into strategies for harnessing the brain’s chemistry to support mental health and resilience. Whether you attended in November or not, this session promises valuable insights for everyone.

(no sign-up required)

Please note: Due to Intellectual Property Rights, the session will not be recorded.

We hope to see many of you there for this inspiring and informative event!

Thank you for your continued support of APEF’s initiatives. Let’s make this year one to remember!
