• Communication (2) – Share news and updates with parents
• Activity Coordinator (1) – Help organise APEF events
• Career & Orientation (1) – Plan student career forums
• Webmaster (1) – Keep the APEF website updated
• Chaplaincy Liaison (1) – Connect with the school chaplaincy
• BAC Coordinator (1) – Liaise with BAC families and staff
• Class Reps (1 per class) – Support class communication and community
