You can request a copy of your data which we will provide within 30 days. You can request that your data be deleted which we will do within 30 days. Although we do everything in our power to ensure the security of our service, in the event of a breach or misuse of data, we will inform our users of what happened and what we have done to remedy it within 30 days.
APEF will retain identifiable data for an indefinite period or until the user asks us to delete their data.
APEF data is not shared or sold to third parties. APEF managers alone have access to user data and this for the sole purpose of providing services.

No, the Institut will not register the student to the race, parents are responsible to do so via the APEF website.
We receive a list of all active credit from the escalade association and will deduct it from your invoice.
All registration of a non Florimont individual will be charged to the family doing the registration. Nonetheless, we encourage you to limit it to the inner family.

From November onwards, a list of all registered runners will be published on our website and Pronote but also displayed on the primaire’s main gate, which will allow you to check regularly.
