APEF videoconference for parents and students | How to deal with the stress of our children?

The past years have brought a particularly high level of anxiety around: Covid-19, war, climate change…. The school world is not immune to this stressful times, and we have noticed an increased level of anxiety among the  younger generation and particularly among students.

Stress related to school results, exams, the quest for perfection, interpersonal conflicts or uncertainty about the future… It is very difficult for some to face it! The ability to manage this ambient stress is very different depending on the individual.

This videoconference aims to help both students and parents to understand the mechanism related to stress, and discover prevention and calming actions, in order to help young people reducing their level of anxiety and self regulate as soon as it rises.

Ghislaine Paul is a teacher, speaker and coach specialised in school intervention. She is trained in different methods: transactional analysis, CNV of Marshall Rosenberg, mental training, enneagram, psychopedagogy and Palo Alto therapy, EFT and verbal Aikido. She is the president of Conseils2Classe.
