By answering this questionnaire you agree to respect the rules of good conduct that will be communicated to students, expected behavior, for the smooth running of the evening.

1• You agree not to bring alcohol or illicit drugs into the party.

2• You agree that Florimont, the Student Council, Le Cercle de la Terrasse and all persons involved in this evening decline all responsibility for any accident and inappropriate behavior of your child.

3• You agree that non-compliance with these rules may lead to an exclusion from the evening or a confiscation of the non authoristed product.

4• You agree that your child will be sent home, by taxi, at your expense, if his behavior is inappropriate.

5• You accept that your child leaves the party on his own ( during or at the end of the party).
